Costa Rica has something for everybody. There are some beautiful and amazing National Parks: The Chirripo, Santa Rosa, Guanacaste, Corcovado, Totuguero and Manuel Antonio. There are jungle adventure tours and spectacular diving reefs that you can scuba dive in. Other things to do are white water rafting, surfing, golf, bird watching, sport fishing and even swimming with the dolphins. The natural beauty of Costa Rica is beyond compare. There are volcanoes, beaches, rivers, tons of wildlife and pristine rain forests.
Costa Rica Climate
Costa Rica has a relatively stable climate. The temperature for the entire year ranges from 14 degrees Celsius to 32 degrees Celsius. Costa Rica has a rainy season that goes from May to about the middle of November. When traveling to Costa Rica, it is always a good idea to consider the probable rain activity to make your trip more enjoyable. The two major rainfall regions are a region on the Caribbean side and another on the Pacific side.
Costa Rica Travel Currency
Costa Rica has moved up in the ranks of technology to help make tourism simpler. They have magnetic cards or chip cards that make it easy to make phone calls, even international ones. Costa Rica uses colones as their currency. There are many banks scattered around Costa Rica that you can exchange currency at. The exchange rate is about $0.52 colones to $1.00 in US dollars. A good tip is that you usually get a better exchange rate in Costa Rica.
